Al Thurayya is an MEP subcontractor based in Mussafah. For twenty-five years we have installed and maintained building services for schools, police facilities, municipalities and commercial developers across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
What we do
One subcontractor for the building services
Electrical is where we started. Mechanical, plumbing and maintenance grew around it.

LV distribution, lighting, small power and street lighting — installed, tested and handed over to Abu Dhabi utility requirements.

Planned and reactive MEP maintenance, rehabilitation and upgrades in occupied buildings.

Construction and repair of wireless transmission towers.
SVC 06Fire & ELV packages
Fire fighting, fire alarm and low-current systems delivered as one MEP package with approved specialist partners.

Insulation, continuity and pressure tests done and recorded before we call for inspection.

Handed over complete
As-built drawings, test certificates, O&M manuals and warranties in one handover file.
